Mr. Ritesh Jain

Mr. Ritesh Jain is B.E. (Mech) from NIT, Raipur & PGPM (Marketing) from MDI, Gurgaon. He had a distinguished academic record with top positions both in his Engineering & Management education. He was also a winner of 3 Gold medals in MDI, Gurgaon for his academic as well as other achievements. He also has a vast experience of working with big corporate houses like Aditya Birla Group and ITC Limited for more than 10 years. In his last stint at ITC Limited, he was Head of Brands like Wills Lifestyle & John Players. He spearheaded initiatives like Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week during his stint at ITC.

He is in the area of Real Estate development for more than 17 years and has to his credit development and delivery of many projects including Anandam World City in Nagpur & Raipur and Rajnagar Residency & Platinum 321 in Ghaziabad. He started Real Estate development in partnership with Reliance group backed Urban Infrastructure Venture Capital fund in 2007. Both Anandam projects developed by Mr. Jain are World Class in terms of amenities and planning and are Industry defining projects in their respective towns.

Management control of both Rajnagar Residency (approx. 15 lac sq. ft.) and Platinum 321 (approx. 6 lac sq. ft) were taken over by Mr. Jain midway, when the projects got stalled due to Cash Flow issues / bad market conditions. At the time of takeover these projects had a negative net worth. The projects were not only turned around but both the projects are now amongst the most prestigious projects in Ghaziabad. They also command a significant premium over Competition projects.

Mr. Vijay Kumar

Mr. Vijay Kumar is an industrialist with a family business background, overseeing ventures in real estate, chemical industries, and brick kilns.

Mr. Kumar has more than 40 years of vast experience in managing complex businesses and brings his entrepreneurial flair to the table. He established a huge chemical industry with products ranging from acetic acid, ethyl acetate to ethanol. One of his companies Ghaziabad Organics limited is one of the largest ethanol manufacturer in the state of UP with a manufacturing capacity of 2.80 crore liter per annum. Their customers include Indian Oil limited, HPCL and BPCL.

 

Mr. Sudhan Kumar

Mr. Kumar is the Managing Trustee of St. Xavier’s World School, Ghaziabad spread over 16 acres. He is actively involved in social services also. He successfully established and managed a large brick kiln business in Ghaziabad. In the process the family built a large land bank in Delhi NCR, which is a huge asset and source of strength for Aradhyam. The company gains from his vast knowledge and experience.
